Effective date: June 19, 2026. This policy applies to 100 Acre Goods, 100 Acre Mail, and 100Alpha Logistics services operated through 100acregoods.com and related client portals.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, business information, mailbox service details, payment status, service requests, uploaded or scanned mail documents, forwarding instructions, compliance status, and messages submitted through our websites or client portal.
Mail scans and portal files
Mail scans, PDFs, images, and related records are treated as sensitive client materials. Portal files are intended to be stored in private access-controlled systems, not public storage. Access should be limited to the client and authorized staff.
How we use information
We use information to provide mailbox services, verify CMRA compliance, process mail actions, respond to inquiries, manage client accounts, document requests, complete forwarding/shredding/holding instructions, and maintain required business records.
Website analytics and advertising tracking
If enabled, we may use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to understand website traffic, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and improve services. These tools may collect device, browser, approximate location, referral, and interaction data. Clients may limit cookies through browser settings.
Sharing
We do not sell client information. We may share information only as needed with service providers, payment processors, legal/compliance providers, mail carriers, or when required by law, regulation, subpoena, fraud prevention, or safety concerns.
Retention and deletion
Client portal deletion may first archive or hide a file while preserving compliance and audit records. Some records may be retained where needed for legal, operational, fraud prevention, tax, dispute, or CMRA-related reasons. Final deletion of stored PDFs may be handled by authorized staff after review.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and access-control safeguards. No system is perfect; clients should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information unless requested for service or compliance purposes.
